  • Khasi Authors' Society

    On the 11th of September 2023, the Khasi Authors' Society celebrated its 44th anniversary by organising a seminar on Literary Day based on the theme  'Ka Tipkur Tipkha'  in the Auditorium of Lady Keane College, Shillong. The KAS invited students and teachers from different Schools and Colleges to participate in the seminar; and also felicitated the students from different examination boards 2023 who secured the highest marks in the Khasi subject. Three girls from Loreto Convent viz. Adella Iarisa Kongwang, Daniella Shirley Majaw and Faith Bashisha Nongkynrih were awarded on that day. They were accompanied  by their parents and and their teacher, Miss N. Nongrum.
