Description:

A meeting of all heads of ICSE Schools, of North West Bengal and North East Regions was held in Siliguri on the 09th of August 2025. The meeting was attended by the Principal, Sr Mable Rudum and Ms E. Badwar

The Council Chief Executive & Secretary, Dr Joseph Emmanuel, addressed the gathering and spoke at length about the need for a paradigm shift for the progress of 'Human Education in Changing Times'.

Some of the areas that were covered are:

* Top-down Approach for Change

* Replacement of 'Teach to Test' by Competency-based Education

* Students' Career & Psychological Counselling

* Physical Health & Well being of Students

* Flipped Classrooms

* Upskilling of Teachers

* CISCE Students' top ranking in NEET Exams (Contrary to popular belief)

A question-answer round followed the talk where a few more areas were explained and doubts were clarified.
